Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at aroawacreatives@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we'll provide return instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we'll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, although processing times may vary by your bank or card provider. Sale items, gift cards, personalized products, perishable goods, and personal care items are not eligible for return. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
